Warranty Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every diamond piece we offer. To give you peace of mind, we provide a 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects.

What's Covered

  • Faults in workmanship or materials.
  • Manufacturing issues with settings, clasps or soldering.
  • This means problems such as broken prongs or loose stones due to faulty settings.

If there is a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will repair your jewellery free of charge or offer a replacement if a repair is not possible. 

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by everyday wear and tear, accidents or misuse.
  • Tarnishing or discoloration from chemicals, water or improper care. 
  • Lost stones, broken chains or bent prongs due to impact.
  • Any work or alterations done by a third party. 
  • Loss, theft or cosmetic issues like minor scratches.

Making a Warranty Claim

To lodge a claim:

  • Contact us at support@jewelleryconciergeaus.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Include clear photos showcasing the problem.

Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it. If the problem is deemed a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace the item at no cost to you. 

Australian Consumer Law

This warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that the products we sell are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. 

Repairs

Jewellery is both sentimental and delicate, and we understand that accidents can happen. Damaged jewellery can occur through wear, impact or misuse which is why we offer repair services at reasonable rates.

To Request a Repair

Please send an email to repairs@jewelleryconciergeaus.com.au with:

  • Your order number.
  • A short description of the issue and the item.
  • Some clear photos.

We'll get back to you with an assessment and the next steps.

Process for Repairs

Once the item has been received by us, we will assess the damage and provide a quote of repair costs. We will only proceed with repairs after you have approved the cost.
