How do I find my Ring Size?

To find your ring size, simply download our printable ring size guide and follow the steps to measure your finger at home. You can also match an existing ring to our size chart.

Tips for Accurate Measurement:

• Measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest.
• Avoid measuring when your hands are cold as they shrink when in colder temperatures.
• Account for knuckle size if significantly larger than your finger base.

How do I find my Bracelet Size?

To find your bracelet size, simply download our printable bracelet size guide and follow the steps to measure your wrist at home. 

Add 1-2cm depending on how snug or loose of a fit you prefer.

Can I get my Ring Resized?

Yes, all our diamond rings can be resized to suit your finger. Please option your ring size at the checkout and it will be sized for you. If you're unsure on anything, please contact us at sales@jewelleryconciergeaus.com.au.

How long does Resizing take?

Resizing takes 5 to 10 business days from the day we receive your order. We will keep you updated via email on the status of your ring or bracelet.
