How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through the website. Simply select your desired piece and proceed to checkout. Seen something elsewhere that we don't have on our website? Just enquire, we can source anything!

What are My Shipping Options?

There are 2 shipping options to choose from. 

  • Standard Shipping - FREE: Typically 4 to 10 Business Days. Fully insured with tracking. 
  • Express Shipping - $35: Typically 3 to 6 Business Days. Fully insured, priority dispatch with tracking.

Local Hand Delivery (Melbourne Area)

We offer hand delivery within approximately a 10km radius of the Melbourne CBD as a special service. If your location is within this 10km radius, you will be able to option this at the checkout. If it doesn't appear or you're slightly outside this 10km radius, please get in touch and we will do our best to arrange this.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If you're order hasn't gone into production yet, I'll do my best to accomodate changes and make things work. Please reach out ASAP if you would like to modify an order.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

If your item is resizable (such as a ring), resizing may be available for a fee. Some custom designs such as full eternity bands cannot be resized. If you have questions or need any help with sizing, please feel free to reach out to us before ordering. 

Do you offer custom pieces?

Yes! We specialise in custom jewellery from engagement rings to one of a kind gifts. Most retailers charge excessive prices for custom pieces. However, we follow a different approach offering fair, transparent pricing without the inflated markups. Get in contact with us and we'll work with you to create the perfect piece based on your ideas, inspiration, images and budget! 

How long do custom pieces take?

Custom pieces typically take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks from design approval to completion. This is dependent on the design complexity. A more accurate timeline will be provided once we've discussed your design. 

Do you accept Change of Mind returns on custom or made to order pieces?

Due to the bespoke nature of custom and made to order pieces, the sale of these items is final and not eligible for change of mind returns unless there is fault under Australian Consumer Law.

Are there CAD or sketches I can see before you make my piece?

Yes! A CAD (Computer Aided Design) rendering is created so you can visualise how your piece will look once completed. This allows us to make any changes to your design whether that be tweaking the stone setting, changing the stone size or refining the overall look before the design is confirmed and goes into production. 

What if there is a problem with my order?

We inspect every piece of jewellery before it is shipped to you. However if there is an issue, please contact us as soon as you receive the piece or notice the issue and we will do our best to resolve the problem. All items are covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
