Shipping
All jewellery listed on the Jewellery Concierge Australia website is kept on hand, not made to order.
- Order confirmation and payment approval can take up to 3 business days.
- Once approved and we have confirmed your order, jewellery will be shipped out within 2 business days.
- Shipping information will be sent to the email and phone number used to complete the purchase.
- All jewellery purchases will include a double presentation box, independent valuation certificate from Jewellery Valuations Australia and a Care Card.
- Jewellery will be securely packaged in a shipping box.
- PLEASE NOTE: We will contact you with lead times on custom made/sized jewellery which will take extra time.
What are My Shipping Options?
There are 2 shipping options to choose from.
- Standard Shipping - FREE: Typically 4 to 10 Business Days. Fully insured with tracking.
- Express Shipping - $35: Typically 3 to 6 Business Days. Fully insured, priority dispatch with tracking.
Local Hand Delivery (Melbourne Area)
We offer hand delivery within approximately a 10km radius of the Melbourne CBD as a special service. If your location is within this 10km radius, you will be able to option this at the checkout. If it doesn't appear or you're slightly outside this 10km radius, please get in touch and we will do our best to arrange this.
Change of Mind:
Ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase is our priority. We offer a 7-day return policy on all non-custom jewellery under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
- Jewellery must be unworn, in original condition with all original packaging (including certificates, tags and valuations).
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all fully refunded jewellery.
- If you wish to exchange your jewellery instead of requesting a refund, no restocking fee will be charged.
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Why the restocking fee?
This small fee helps cover quality checks, repackaging and administrative time for returned items.
Return Process:
To begin a return, please contact us at support@jewelleryconciergeaus.com.au. We will be able to guide you with instructions on how to proceed with your exchange or return.
Items not eligible for return:
- Custom, made to order or resized jewellery.
- Any jewellery showing signs of wear, damage or alteration.
- Jewellery returned outside of the 7-day window.
Damaged or defective items.
If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on returning the item to us and ensuring you receive a replacement or refund.
