At Jewellery Concierge Australia, we are committed to providing an unparalleled level of customer service. As part of our Concierge Promise, we offer the following guarantee:

If you don’t receive a response from us within 1 hour of your initial enquiry, you’ll receive $1,000 off your order.

Please read the terms and conditions that apply to this offer below:

1. Eligibility Window

  • This guarantee is valid 7 days a week, between 6:00am and 10:00pm AEST.
  • Enquiries received outside these hours do not qualify for the offer.

2. What Constitutes an "Enquiry"

  • A qualifying enquiry is a direct message to our official phone number (+61 490 961 992), or email (sales@jewelleryconciergeaus.com.au), or via our website contact form.
  • The enquiry must include a valid name, contact method, and a genuine product-related question, request, or quote.

3. Response Time Measurement

  • Response time is measured from the timestamp of your initial enquiry to the timestamp of our first reply (whether by phone, SMS, or email).
  • An automated acknowledgement does not count as a response. Only a human response qualifies.

4. $1,000 Credit Application

  • The $1,000 discount is issued as a store credit, valid for use on any future purchase.
  • No minimum order value is required to claim or redeem the credit. 
  • Any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited. It cannot be rolled over or split across multiple orders. 
  • Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
  • Only one credit per customer may be claimed under this guarantee.

5. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

To maintain the integrity of this offer and ensure fair access to all customers:

  • Customers must not submit multiple or repeated enquiries with the intent to manipulate or trigger the guarantee.
  • Only genuine product-related enquiries will be considered eligible.
  • Enquiries determined to be spam, automated, or made in bad faith will be disqualified.
  • Jewellery Concierge Australia reserves the right to deny claims and block abusive behaviour at our sole discretion.

6. Exclusions

  • Applies only to orders placed directly with Jewellery Concierge Australia. Third-party sales or resale platforms are excluded.
  • Technical errors, network outages, or platform downtimes are not grounds for claim.
  • Enquiries made via social media platforms (e.g., Instagram DM) are currently excluded from this guarantee.

7. Claim Process

To claim the discount:

  1. You must notify us within 24 hours of the missed response window.
  2. Provide a copy or proof of your original message and timestamp.
  3. Our team will verify and apply the discount to your order if the claim is valid.

8. Right to Modify or Withdraw

Jewellery Concierge Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
